Payment for services is due after an initial consultation call and is necessary for the work of identifying potential rentals or destinations to start. The payment represents hours worked and is non-refundable regardless of the availability of vacation rentals that suit a particular client’s needs.

Prices, Availability and Quality of Vacation Rentals

Information about vacation rentals conveyed to clients are based upon information provided by vacation rental owners, platforms, and their representatives, including images and descriptions of individual properties. While Let’s Get Together does its best to ensure that information conveyed is accurate per the listing(s), we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or images provided by third parties.

Pricing and availability of accommodations are subject to change without notice. We take no responsibility for itinerary changes or for any damages or losses you may incur from booking a vacation rental, including the issuance and/or cancellation of accommodations booked or those arising from reliance on third-party images or information.

Further, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise after arrival at a vacation rental, including any damages or injuries incurred. Clients must communicate issues with the owners of the rental directly. Accordingly, clients accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and agree to hold harmless and release Let’s Get Together, LLC from claims of third-party negligence.

Clients are responsible for any additional terms and conditions from vacation rental owners, platforms, and their representatives. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully.

Work products sent to clients may contain links to third-party websites. We do not own, have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Assumption of Risk

Should you participate in activities recommended by us, you understand the physical requirements of the activity in which you will be participating, and you currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition, which would impair your ability to participate in travel or your safety in this activity, and you are willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action that could arise out of the use of or access to this website must be brought in a court of law located in Essex County in the State of New Jersey.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
